I'm on a mission for meaningful connections in therapy. Where there is connection, there is opportunity for healing and growth. Those connections start with a story. Are you ready to share your story? I'm ready to listen. Here's a little of my story. I've learned healing isn't linear and never goes exactly as planned. It's a place of uncertainty and curiosity. Healing takes grit and grace, laughter and tears. And with some determination and the right support, change happens. I work with women who are committed to growing in self-awareness, have the courage to make positive changes, and come with the desire to move forward and rise up in their life to live more fully. When I'm not working with clients, you can find me trying a new recipe, pushing through a workout, avidly reading (usually a mystery), and working on my own wellness or spending time with my husband and our strong-willed, creative daughters.
